I lead Global Renewals and Customer Engagement at DataStax, the GenAI Data Company. I help our customers get the most value from the DataStax platform, ensuring mutual success, on-time renewals, and expansions when they're ready. I leverage my Six Sigma & Design Thinking background to champion the voice of the customer, channeling it into continuous improvement–it's the only way.My previous experience includes economic research (Federal Reserve Board, Resources for the Future), process improvement and innovation (Opower, Capital One), operations (Humu), and organizational design (IDEO).I combine my background to help companies and leaders find a new way forward out of ambiguity and inertia.
