Having previously been General Manager moving into this role has been an interesting journey. I can now enjoy the ability to answer directly to our customers about what we are able to do or not do. I feel that my understanding of the business has assisted me with helping our customers save time and be more cost effective. I am currently growing our customer basis as well as touching base with our current clients to make sure we are servicing their needs properly and assisting them with streamlining their training.

I started with the company when we were a 1 trainer and 1 admin start up business. I was able to be the drive behind the growth and change of this business. The processes that I implemented to today:Became a registered training ORganisation3 permanent purpose built training venues within QLD1 permanent training venue in NSW1 permanent training venue in VICI dealt with growth issues, staffing issues, general business issues,Systems, reporting, innovation, staying ahead of the pack, Maintaining a high RTO standard, sales teams, administration duties, trainers requirements, logistics, etc The list is general because it was just what had to be done. I enjoyed my time in this role.

This was a social club for singles. I enjoyed my time learning about people more than I ever thought I could :) We are very unique and have so many different ideas of the world.We organised movies, dinners and weekends away. It was for singles to come and meet other singles. I am proud to say we did end up with a few weddings :) I had to move on from this because it was not financially sustainable.
