To gain experience in the support and operations leadership role I relocated to Olympia, WA to become a Merchandise Team Manager. Shortly after, the company experienced a reduction in Force and I was laid off in March 2012 as a result. I was re-hired as a Merchandise Team Manager with Macy's in Tukwila, WA in June 2012. Description of work: As a Merchandise Team Manager my primary goal was to support the My Macy's selling culture through management, delegation and execution of all event, sales and operational tasks. Build and maintain key partnerships with district, operational mgmt. and store executives.
