The objective has been handling coordination and managerial tasks, to help lawyers and it involved the following activities:• Keeping records in the in-out registry of all citations and legal documents• Document of file archiving, by keeping record and maintain judicial papers published by law courts• Writing legal reports, meeting reports and recording of proceedings• Following the development of lawsuits • Doing charts for every file, which contain deadlines for papers and showings in courts or appeals• Centralizing timesheets and doing invoices
