F&B Manager: Responsible for F&B Yearly Promotions, communications, recruitment, monthly financial and business review. Assist F&B Director to monitor F&B daily operation, make budget and management strategy for outlets. Successfully complete the Café renovation and re-opening program, and in charge of the OCT Yearly Appreciation Party together with Moon cake program and Oktoberfest program.

I transfer to OCT Hotels Management Company on Jan.2011 as the project manager responsible for developing the OCT Hotel Brand and managing the new hotel program. Get familiar with kinds of hotel managing style and contracting which let me better understand hospitality industry.
