I’ve always had a passion for people, and understanding how we grow, how we want to be rewarded while sustaining a great culture at work. All are key factors in an organization’s success. Engaged, valued and evolving people = Engaged and evolving organization.My official title is Vice President of Talent Success at Zillow Group which means I have teams focusing on Talent Development, Talent Management and Talent Rewards. I lead a team of 80+ employees, that spans across our country.Together we have the privilege of designing the learning and talent development programs for our company in both soft skills and functional/tactical skills and our compensation, benefits and immigration programs that support all Zillow employees. This also includes architecting the strategy and programs for talent management, career development and leadership development for Zillow Group. There is no typical day at Zillow - we “Think Big and Move Fast” (one of our core values). The best part of my job is to see how the programs my team puts into place help shape the individuals, the company and the culture.
