We are a Best of Staffing® company thanks to our tenured, experienced, and diverse staff and our employee stock ownership program (ESOP). • Work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and help develop a recruitment strategy • Maintain applicant tracking and pipeline data to support comprehensive recruitment activities • Source and engage with talent using various recruiting tools and methods (job boards, social media, company database, job fairs, networking events, etc.) • Initiate candidate engagement and conduct phone screens as needed with prospective candidates • Present qualified candidates to internal recruitment team for further development and assessment • Effectively balance multiple priorities working in a high-paced, results driven organization while efficiently managing time • Provide and receive necessary feedback to adjust talent search activities, while also independently owning & driving the search strategy • Consistently meet or exceed assigned Key Performance Activity Indicators (KPI’s)
