Building these connections allowed me to foster meaningful relationships and learn from a wide range of professionals.I also honed my outreach skills by using Apollo.io to create lead lists and send cold email sequences to potential customers, achieving an impressive 40% open rate on several sequences. Additionally, I added HubSpot to my toolkit, which enhanced my ability to excel in business development.In this role, I also had the opportunity to explore various ancillary areas, gaining knowledge in topics such as STEP Grants for exporters, WBENC certification, SBA minority businesses, applying for government contracts, EXIM Bank, and CE Marks. This responsibility involved planning and the seamless assignment of weekly lessons to schools, as well as the vigilant oversight of equipment for the facilities under my direction.I also had the privilege of personally facilitating lessons at adult day programs and autism schools, where I witnessed the transformative impact of our programs on individuals' lives. One of the most fulfilling aspects of my position was curating and maintaining our social media presence, using this platform to share the heartwarming stories and successes of Pawstive Friendships.
