I am the owner and Director of FC Business Solutions a small team of highly specialised people who provide services to businesses big and small. We provide the whole gamut of expertise in a manner that allows business to use as many or as few as our services as they need. From advice on acquisitions to operation manual development, marketing, website building, social media campaigns, communications and PR, action based training, executive recruitment, systems development, operational support and HR solutions – we work side-by-side with a business and its people to integrate our services into their offering. FC specialised in the franchising area for many years – and it’s still a large percentage of our business. But over the last few years, we have broadened our scope to include all kinds of businesses. Our expertise in franchising has seen FC win the coveted Franchise Council of Australia, Supplier of the Year award three times – including in 2020. I am a highly experienced mentor, trainer and business coach and believe in influencing success through motivation and engagement by providing leadership, support and guidance at all levels.I am a strong believer in business giving back to the community and my team and I provide a full suite of services, pro bono, to a wonderful organisation that works with young people to address mental health, drugs and alcohol, utilising the strength of sporting clubs. The organisation is called Sport and Life Training (SALT) and I urge you to have a look at what they do, and the amazing results they achieve in this area.I thrive on challenges and love nothing better than working with businesses to overcome their trials and point their profit line upwards. When I’m not helping my clients, I enjoy sky diving and bridge climbing and have climbed all three major bridge in the southern hemisphere.
