OUR STORY Partners in life and business, Corinna and Simon launched Edible Health following their own personal health journeys. Formerly of the corporate world, the two transitioned their professional experience and skills into founding Edible Health and, whilst they may be mature in years, they are young at heart and, fuelled by collagen, passion and a certain kind of crazy, these two would give any entrepreneur half their age a run for their money. With a digital nomad, remote working culture that encourages empowerment, freedom and growth, the Edible Health team comprises another 10 incredible souls support this dynamic duo with world-class skills across marketing, customer service, finance, communications and SEM/SEO.
