Assistant Pastry Chef
Current• Production of cakes, pies, icings, fillings, sauces, garnishes• Decorating desserts for buffets, cake orders, wedding cakes, a la carte desserts/ice cream/sorbets• Chocolate showpieces, sugar showpieces, annual gingerbread house display• Inventory maintenance of freezer/cooler• Assisting in plate ups, Chefs Demos, action stations, kids pastry classes• Fulfill duties of executive pastry chef in his absence• Training interns and new employees
