Ms. Cicmanec is an experienced attorney with an LL.M. in Taxation. She is currently a Risk Management/Independence Manager focusing on contract and service review for SEC compliance purposes. Prior to returning to KPMG, Ms. Cicmanec was an Indirect (State and Local) Tax and Transactions Manager at EY. She has over eight years of tax and transaction tax experience, including state tax compliance, indirect consulting and SALT M&A/tax due diligence. She has assisted in over 500 transactions ranging from million and billion dollar deals in a multitude of industries.Ms. Cicmanec received her BA from Eckerd College, her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and her Masters of Law (LL.M.) from the University of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Bar.
