My role is to oversee all aspects of our recruitment compliance, managing a team of Compliance Officers to keep our schools, candidates and business safe.

My role is simply to find the best candidates to work in the education sector. This includes working with qualified teacher who wish to return to teaching, leadership professionals and career supply teachers working within Secondary, Primary and SEND education.

In the role of Divisional Manager I was responsible for 5 businesses in the Midlands area who generated in excess of £7 Million turnover annually. My role was the development, drive and overall management of these individual business to meet weekly. monthly and yearly targets. I did this through effective recruitment, training and retention of my team, by business development and client management and on the whole by demonstrating my passion and commitment to the role each and every day.
