The Four Seasons Hotel opened in Berlin in 1996 as part of the extensive economic development of the former divided city. It quickly became one of the premier hotels based on impeccable service and quality. The name was changed to Regent Hotel in 2004.Key responsibilities included working closely with senior management in the development of the premier brand for the new hotel. Developed catering sales tools, menus’ and themes aligned with the strategic positioning of the brand. Managed all aspects of catering service and operations to ensure maximum customer satisfaction, profitable operations and high-quality products and services.

Responsibilities: extensive responsibilities for event planning and operational management of catering services for Lufthansa events in Germany and worldwide. Major responsibility for operational management for catering services for Lufthansa participation at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, Georgia and the 1998 Olympic Games in Nagano, Japan.
