Over the past 15 years, Processes, Quality and Customer Satisfaction are my main domains of activity. I have developed my knowledge in defining, implementing processes within big companies such as ALCATEL or NOKIA and by adapting existing ticketing tools to the business requirements and in using the methodologies Lean Six Sigma or Agile. The importance of this job is to support ticketing engineers who assist customers in their day-to-day job with the aim to improve customer satisfaction on the delivered services.Furthermore, there is another activity which motivates me in ALCATEL / NOKIA: Internal Auditor. What I enjoy most is to meet others from different areas, such as quality management or environmental management from NOKIA sites in France.For more than 25 years, I have always had the opportunity to carry out professional activities that I liked and that allowed me to evolve in different domains such as submarine cables, mobile infrastructures and now maintenance. This is the advantage of working in a large group like ALCATEL or now NOKIA.
