Assistant to the Agency Manager of Kendall, Grundy and Kankakee County agents. Handled all complaints, kept record of all 32 agent’s personnel files, production reports, and licensing paperwork. Set up and led agency meetings and employee agent meetings as well as trained all and any new assistants on all computer programs and procedures. All agents are licensed in series 6/63. I had to keep track of all the agent’s securities files and the agency office securities files so they were always audit ready. I also traveled all over Northern Illinois for training and to train agents and assistants. I handled applications, changes and claims in regards to Auto, Home, Life, Health and Commercial Insurance. I received the Spotlight award for exceptional customer service. I handled all supply ordering for all offices in our agency and the balancing of all Premium Fund Trust Accounts of our agent’s offices. When in the office I also would answer phones and take care of any client changes or inquiries that was requested.
