Research and resolve special projects related to specific product and process defects, works closely with repairs, PE, PD, design, manufacturing, and inventory areas in this regard, and report all results. Performs regular finished goods vault audits, audit in-process, product at contractors and suppliers, and assists with assay and stone breakout programs. Responsible for first production inspection. Communicates daily inspection results to global and local manufacturers, maintains inspection sample library and mechanical instruction sheets up to date, helps manage process to approve and return samples (through global department) for inspection purposes to suppliers, and assists in documentation of defects and communication to suppliers. Reviews all first production product and performs XRF testing.

Responsible for new product development, developed QA guide. Vast knowledge of detailed and specific finishes. Inspection of gemstones. Performed vault audits and weekly inventory.

Responsible for incoming and out going repair orders. Inventory, inter-store transfers and exceptional customer service.

Inspection of new development pieces, from prototype to finished product. Work closed with vendors and jewelry manufacturing services. Inspection of important stones and statement pieces.
