As the senior level grant writer, I write and submit proposals to local and state agencies to support the various social services that OhioGuidestone provides throughout the State of Ohio. Additionaly, I research funding opportunities and write grant proposals to foundations and corporations. I use the Raisers Edge software for maintaining, tracking and planning funding opportunities.

LakewoodAlive is an economic development corporation whose mission is to improve the quality of life of residents by creating alliances with community leaders, leveraging community assets and expanding the pool of available resources in order to facilitate economic stabil­ity and growth in the City of Lakewood. A 501-c (3) nonprofit organization, LakewoodAlive is a member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation Trust and Heri­tage Ohio, which is the oversight organization for the Ohio Main Street Program.

This was a temporary assignment assisting with grant proposals, letters of inquiry, Raiser's Edge data entry, etc. College Now (formerly Cleveland Scholarship Programs) provides Greater Cleveland students with guidance and access to funds to prepare for and graduate from college.
