Dealing with non-franchise arrangements such as licensing, wholesale and e-commerce distribution.• Buy and sell businesses both large & small. • Expand internationally or bring a brand to Australia. Due to substantial prior in-house experience my focus is always on practical commercial outcomes and developing a personal relationship as a trusted business adviser. I combine a practical business-oriented approach with personalised service and an understanding of the cost and other pressures of SME businesses but with a range of expertise to match the big firms (without the cost!).I have wide experience of all types of franchise/licence systems including retail, B2B, finance, mobile and service systems.
