I am passionate about supporting individuals to discover and unveil their true, Authentic Self. I also work with both singles and couples creating authentic relationships. I work with singles to first cultivate a strong, healthy relationship with yourself so that you can feel fully empowered and engaged in your life. The process is one of healing old wounds, reframing limiting beliefs, breaking unhealthy patterns and discovering your true essence underneath it all. From a place of authenticity I will then guide you in receiving your soulmate and life partner. The aim is not just to find "The One" but to allow you to step into your fullest potential in all areas of your life. For couples, I support you in learning how to express your needs, listen to your partners needs, use compassionate communication, see from the relationship's perspective (The Third Entity as I call it) and remain authentic within the relationship. My deepest desire is to show people that it's ok to be you. I want to support you in feeling safe, happy and fulfilled within yourself so that you can feel fully engaged and live the life you most desire!

My partner Adrian, in life and work, and I created evolve wellness centre, a yoga wellness centre in the heart of South Kensington, London. With a holistic view, we inspire individuals to feel fully empowered in their lives. We are passionate about creating a healthy work/life balance and supporting people to grow, heal and evolve within a like-minded community.We offer yoga and pilates classes, holistic treatments, innovative workshops, courses and special events.

I was as a professional classical dancer with the San Francisco Ballet. After an injury took me away from dancing for five years I moved in choreography, teaching and coaching for both students and professionals and eventually returned to dance focusing on contemporary dance. I also dabbled in acting, working in film, theatre, commercial, music videos and print. I trained with Shelley Mitchell both as an actor and to become a teacher myself. I teach workshops for dancers and actors who want to enhance their art form by using the wisdom of the body, body language and movement therapy. I dabble in singing for the sheer joy of it.

In your home I can organise all parts of any room, clear clutter, establish systems that work well for you, and move furniture in such a way that the space becomes not only aesthetically pleasing but also creates a good flow of energy. In your office, I can create efficient filing systems, help you with cluttered papers, and arrange your furniture so that you feel effective and productive, with a sense of ease. I use my knowledge of Feng Shui to help bring into your space that which you want to bring into your life. I also work with clients doing interior design, advising them on furniture, layout, coloring, and balance of elements in the room. I believe that bringing order to your surroundings frees up space in your mind and your being, allowing you to enjoy the things that truly make you happy.
