Duties include:• Development and management of 2 new business unit linked to the mobile market (TIM and Mobile Outfitters) - 366 stores - coordinating 2 Area Managers, 8 Business Specialists, 1 Recruiter and the Back Office Clerk. Duties include:• Development of the Retail Chain of mono-brand stores - 15 stores opened• Definition and planning of the Retail development strategy and of the Business Plan• Responsibility on the P&L statement of the business units• Kpi’s identification and monitoring • Searching for locations and relationships with landlords• Design of the store layout• Direction of opening operations• Strategy of commercial and promotional activities• Definition of Marketing, Omnichannel and Social Media activities• Selection and training of store staffs• Sales network management, coordinating 1 Area Manager and 50 store people • Works with the HR Business Partner to ensure people management issues are satisfactorily resolved and relevant HR policies and procedures are adhered to. Chairs disciplinary, grievance, capability hearings and appeals as required.• Stock allocation management• Inventory Control

I have structured business processes both interdepartmental as towards stores,both coordinating the various activities that the communication flows between International Corporate, Head Office and store’s Chain.The Company has charged me some very important projects including:• “New Business Opportunity Project”: I have defined some new business to be introduced in stores, studying the P&L account, the marketing strategy, the display layout and the store roll out. This project also includes the startup of a new store chain with different brand name and product line up. • “Project Store”: the goal was to obtain time for sales and Customer Service, through the review of the activities and the procedures and the introduction of new working tools as the corporate Intranet.Thanks with this project the company has saved 15.5 weekly working hours per store and 5.3 million of euros of payroll costs.• Development and roll out of the new store POS: last year I was responsible of the change of the POS computer system, collaborating with the American Head Office and managing the Italian team. In 2007 I also developed the company’s expansion in the southern Italy as Area Manager, managing the startup and the new openings of the first stores and opening the way for the current expansion of this geographic area.
