Corinne Post, Ph.D., is an award-winning diversity and leadership scholar who analyzes leaders, executives, C-suites and boards with diversity lens. Her research focuses on boards of diversity and leadership, especially directors and executive teams: Who gets in? What changes when they become more diverse? How can decisions at the top be traced back to diversity among leaders? Post's work is published in leading academic journals and featured in top business and consumer outlets worldwide, including Financial Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Fortune, FastCompany, and Harvard Business Review. Post is the Fred J. Springer Endowed Chair in Business Leadership and professor of management at Villanova School of Business, Philadelphia. She is also a visiting faculty at IMD Business School, where she directs the Inclusive Leadership program. In 2022 she received the Academy of Management Sage Award for Scholarly Contributions in the field of Gender & Diversity in Organizations.
