My main responsibilities at JCT600 are developing and maintaining the sale of all finance-based products within the dealership whilst working to strict FCA guidelines. Responsible for a small team of Sales Executives working towards a common goal of maximising sales opportunities and in-turn profitability for the sight, whilst maintaining our companies core values and delivering a celebrity service for all our customers.

During my time at A4e I have worked on 3 different contracts; New Deal, Flexible New Deal and the Work Programme, in a number of roles from trainer to recruiter to adviser. I have also worked at several different offices helping with staffing issues and secondment. During my time at A4e I was head hunted by one of our partners SOVA to head up their Prison Leaver Programme which they subsequently subcontracted from A4e.SOVA, Regional Team Leader, and Prison Leaver Programme - I was charged with the performance management of a number of Employment Advisers throughout the South Yorkshire region. SOVA were a registered charity that provided a post assessment delivery model, specialising in helping prison leavers on the Work Programme whose criminal history is their major barrier to employment. This was achieved by multi-agency working with companies like; Job Centre Plus, our prime contractor; A4e, subcontractors and other partners to implement and promote SOVA and its customers. Our overall target was to work with customers and local employers to move as many people as possible into sustainable employment.

My primary role was to manage and promote, SIA registered door supervisors and door supervision in and around bars and clubs in the Sheffield City Centre. Day to day duties would involve raising invoices, cash collecting and basic book keeping using Microsoft based spreadsheets, in addition to still working in a front line capacity as a doorman. With my help the company has also just gained full ISO 9001:2000 and BSI: BS 7960 and BS 7858 status.

I became F&I Manager after being promoted from finance administrator, it was my duty to explain all financial documents to prospective customers and inform them of additional services such as extended warranties, insurance, GAP and to finally, once signed up, deliver their car to them.Finance administrator – Main duties were to complete customer questionnaires and use this information to propose and arrange finance deals with major finance companies for customers wishing to buy a car.
