Julián Quijano Email and Phone Number
I do lots of things. I like looking for solutions. I love how everything has a hidden narrative structure. I love trying to defend any stance: I think one of the most nurturing things you can do is to defend a point of view only to later defend the opposite. This way you learn to be more open-minded and how to search the narrative and frame that builds a better argument for every perspective. I think there is no absolute truth (damn, all of us are experiencing life just for the first time!), so my opinion is that living by a Cartesian principle is healthy. I live by this principle, so you can guarantee I'm comfortable with deconstructing concepts, analyzing them and experimenting with new compositions. Our current world is a big maremagnum of changes and I can be better or worse than other people, but at least I'm a man who is comfortable on sailing under these beautiful storms that are shape-shifting everything.Oh, I *almost* never get mistaken when counting from 1 to 100.My special skills and areas of expertise are: > strategic and creative development of entrepreneurship projects> creation and analysis of brand and identity> Development of innovative and creative solutions to build added value for brands> storytelling> use of narrative tools on entrepreneurship and communication > story-enabling> conceptual creativity> crowdfunding

Ceo&Creative DirectorBeautiful Glitch Feb 2016 - PresentBarcelonaI created Beautiful Glitch with some savings from previous jobs. The idea was to apply both my love for creativity and disruptive ideas and my strategic approach when creating projects. I had a vision and I fought for it. My previous experience gave me some expertise on project management and talent management. With all that, I've been able of assembling amazing teams of very talented individuals in order to create awesome projects. Together, we’ve built the “Monster Prom” franchise, which has achieved all kinds of successes: - An astounding number of sales- The games have been selected to be in some of the most important videogame events in the world (GDC, PAX East, PAX West, Gamescom, Casual Connect Asia, BICfest)- “Monster Prom” was selected by Steam itself as one of the best releases of 2018- I was selected for the Forbes “30 under 30” in games.- And most importantly, the franchise produced a huge, wonderful, and loyal fandom, which is always expressing their love for the characters in all kinds of ways (fanart; fanfics; cosplay; animations; figurines; etc).I am forever thankful of a project that makes me collaborate with such kind and talented individuals in creating characters and stories that get to make a dent in some people’s lives. -
