I’m a team-centred senior production manager with a consistent record of improving project throughput, supporting long-standing client relationships, and aligning multiple technical teams to optimise efficiency and staff motivation. Using Agile values and practices, I collaboratively create processes for achieving highly successful projects. I’ve also developed onboarding processes, introduced the use of OKRs, and encouraged proactive sharing of organisational good practice, all of which contribute to long-term strategic success and operational excellence. I enjoy managing and working with collaborative, cross-skilled teams, supporting them in producing outstanding projects that make our clients and end-users happy.
