Team member involved in programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration for commercial and residential projects. Coordination through all phases of design with engineering consultants. Assist senior staff with RFP responses, LEED documentation, business development, and firm marketing. Measure and document existing building conditions, evaluate base code and zoning review information.
