Anyone who has ever been scuba diving will tell you that the first breath you ever take underwater is exhilarating. So, too, are the fish swimming around you, the brightness of the coral reefs, and the rush that comes with being completely weightless. Unfortunately, these beautiful oceans we love to explore are in serious jeopardy. It took me mere months into my Marine Biology studies to realize that critical action needed to be taken. And rather than sit back and hope that others would care enough about the cause, I decided to take action. Divers On A Mission was born out of the need to help save our oceans and the marine life within. We are a registered non-profit organization looking to partner with like-minded individuals and organizations. Whether it be rising ocean temperatures leading to coral reef deterioration, increasing levels of plastics being dumped into the ocean, overfishing, invasive marine species, or any other number of issues impacting our oceans, we want to help.
