Corley serves on the core team and leads the development and execution of the physical activity component for low-income older residents residing in this community, individualized assessment and exercise planning based on chronic conditions, age, current fitness level, and social determinants of health. Corley also provides process and outcome measure development, data collection and analysis, strategies for engagement and quality improvement of the program. Prior to AFRESH, Corley worked as a healthcare Quality Improvement Advisor for Tennessee's state Quality Improvement Organization and CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services), the Director of Quality for The American Heart Association, and other major healthcare organizations specializing in cardiovascular care and delivery, chronic disease management, healthcare quality, and medical fitness.
