Corlinda Wooden serves as a project manager for Filene’s Incubator projects that work to benefit underbanked consumers. The Incubators test, package, and scale innovative, viable financial products that aid financially vulnerable consumers.In this role Corlinda performs the following functions:• Develop and effectively execute the strategic plan for the incubator now and in the future • Recruit credit unions across the country to join as testers • On-board credit unions who are new as testers by creating customized marketing materials, training their staff, and creating project plan checklists• Monitor activities to ensure both testers, program originators, and grant funders are well supported and there is forward movement with deliverables• Co-author research briefs to showcase findings as they relate to human-centered design theories, focusing on desirability, feasibility, and viability

Corlinda Wooden serves as a faculty member for the Southwest CUNA Management School (SCMS) which is recognized in the credit union movement for innovative, intense, hands-on, professional development. Attendees take part in a 3-year course study focused on enhancing credit union leadership skills.
