I have more than 25 years of consulting and leadership experience with Human Resources Management software applications, and Information Technology (16 of those years are in the Workday ecosystem). My most recent experiences are in the Healthcare Industry and Sporting Events.As Global Functional Innovation Lead for Professional Services, I innovated the people experience for Workday consultants by managing programs that develop careers and increase employee engagement.Prior to my transition into the Global Functional Innovation role, I built and led the Workday Cloud Optimization Standalone Functional team where I also served as Workday configuration architect.I was an active member of the Professional Services Global Engagement Council where I co-led the Employee Roundtable on Communications. The committee facilitated listening sessions with colleagues in North America, APAC, EMEA, and NGA, and reported their findings to the practice EVP. I also co-led the Career Management group for Alight’s Black Professional Network. In this capacity I worked on initiatives to highlight in demand roles across the company, provided professional skills development, and initiated a pilot program to allow colleagues the opportunity to gain hands on shadow experience with Workday.
