We operate Corliss Realty in South Orange County, CA. We are both “OC” natives and know the area well. Danielle received her BA degree in Communications from USC and Jim received a BS degree in Finance at SDSU.At Corliss Realty, we devote our business to residential purchases, sales, and management of investment properties. This is our full-time profession and we do what it takes to get the job done. Danielle's background includes management and insurance as well as serving 12 years on the Board of Directors of two Homeowner Associations. She teaches our contract classes and has been a REALTOR for over 18 years. Further, she is a Broker which means she is able to provide added Real Estate knowledge and experience in order to benefit our clients much more than the average agent. I have built two homes and can incorporate my building experience into the buying and selling process, which comes in handy, especially when dealing with physical inspections of properties. Also, I am the designated “Marketing Guru” due to years of experience and additional training.
