End to end management of cases with a wide array of duties encompassed in same. Direct customer contact in all forms including meeting with clients, financial advisors and any other 3rd party appointed by the client. Credit analysts of complex financial and submissions of recommendations to credit are a major part of the role. Compliance with all relevant codes including CCMA and CPC, movement of cases from early arrears to a final resolution whether mutual or enforced. Engagement with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Sole point of contact for client on all their residential borrowings.

Liaising with branch staff and network managers, internal stakeholders such as legal team, mortgage admin and credit. Administrative duties were a significant part of this role and I was managing a queue of c80-100 connections at a time.
