As an Intern on the Retail Sales team, I worked closely with leading brokers and banks within the region. • Account Management: Point of contact for multiple brokers and bank branches with queries regarding training, examinations, policies and ensuring all of our brokers were up to date on the latest regulation introduced by the Central Bank.• Project Management: Assisted with the co-ordination of the Allianz Scholarship Programme, this helped various clients gain their relevant insurance qualifications.• Data Analysis & Reporting: Each week I would critically analyse the performance of each of our bank branches and issue recommendations to CRE’s to report to each bank. This helped us ensure each bank was on track to reach their targets.• BTL Digital Marketing: Assisted the Marketing team with the promotion of the Broker Scholarship programme to our agencies, this resulted in a huge number of applications for our programme.• Microsoft Office Software: Developed proficiency of Microsoft Office Software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to intermediate level. Delivered 4 weekly, 4 monthly and 4 quarterly reports presenting key business metrics to senior management and clients.
