Four years of formal training in woodworking and design, 13 years of woodworking self-employment and industry employment/experience make me a knowledgeable and skilled cabinetmaker. My experience, gained through school, self-teaching, and on-the-job experience, along with awards I’ve received, both provincially and nationally, show I am committed to and passionate about a career in the woodwork industry. I am passionate about wood industry innovation, but also have a deep respect for past traditions. Strong benchwork skills combined with an ability to design efficient, project-specific processes make me a very beneficial employee. I am a very fast learner with extremely meticulous attention to detail, a hard worker with a strong desire to continuously improve, and a friendly, personable employee.
