As a Travel Coordinator, I have held a leadership role, managing a diverse team and motivating the team to achieve common goals. I have been responsible for the organisation of the routes, designing effective routes and optimizing resources to ensure positive experiences. I also developed detailed plans for efficient time management and monitored deadlines, ensuring that all activities were completed on time. I have managed group dynamics, resolving conflicts and promoting an inclusive and motivating environment. This experience has enriched my skills in management and strategic planning, contributing to the success of travel.

The City Councillor is a public official, who has the task of representing the citizens of the Municipality in which she was elected during the municipal councils. In this role, I am responsible for approving action plans to manage my city. In particular, my work consists in accepting the proposals of the municipal council: on the municipal budget, restructuring and implementation of public works, and the expansion of the social and economic rights of citizens.

As a municipal councilor, I am part of the Electoral Commission, for which I deal with the approval of the electoral lists and the appointment of the tellers for the various elections (national, referendum, European, and local administrative).

During these 3 months I have covered the position of project assistant intern and public affair intern and communication and event intern. Regarding the position of communication and event intern I was required to: assist in the mediatic coverage of the EU & European affairs; write short op-eds and longer texts based on in-depth research; take part in the conceptual delimitation, implementation, and post-event stages, assist in the creation and implementation of events coordinated by Stand Up for Europe or by external partners; assist in all communication-related tasks such as producing the monthly newsletter; updating the content on the website, engaging in discussions about the social media strategy, and creating graphic designs for advertising and academic purposes; contribute to our internal publications; analyze and understand data trends to contribute to the social media strategy. Regarding the position of project assistant and public affair intern I was required to: design and write a research proposal by defining project objectives, deliverables, work plans; working on EU funded projects proposal in an international context; plan financial, budgeting and contractual aspects with concrete examples; write dissemination and use plans of projects proposal to create impact; monitoring key developments and next steps in a range of European democracy related issues; assisting in the reporting on EU political and legal developments and policy activities relating to Stand Up for Europe’s key priority areas; helping maintain the public affairs reporting systems updated; supporting the organization of internal meetings; assisting in the research on various issues; other day-to-day tasks as assigned under supervision. Publication of the article: "The Threat of Authoritarian Drift Examining the Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Democratic Backsliding in Italy."

I am a dynamic, efficient, and very organized person. In fact, in addition to my university studies and my work in city administration, I worked for 3 years part-time as a sales assistant at Leroy Merlin. This allowed me to learn and develop excellent skills in interfacing with customers and suppliers, managing both their needs and their problems. During this work experience, I have developed an excellent capacity for direct sales and design of renovations of entire living environments. I also managed the social pages (Facebook and Instagram) of Leroy Merlin Busnago, bringing an increase of 40% in interactions.
