Majestic Paratransit is a private corporation dedicated to providing transportation services to individuals with disabilities, the elderly and related agencies throughout the Metro area.

As a Data Assistant, my duties include providing support for all department personnel, 2,000 users and up experiencing computer hardware/software problems. Installed, configured, troubleshoot and maintained users’ computer specifications. This includes Troubleshooting PC software packages, Printers, HP 4500, NT System Monitor and computer Workstations. I do the training of all software programs for the department. Used database tools & Visual Basic to create software applications. Developed database programs for the Staff Specialists to use when preparing charts, graphs, and reports. Wrote Standard Operating Procedures. Created programs for retrieving information throughout the USGS. Work on the Intranet doing queries in Hyperion. I also update the database for Hyperion mainframe. I created a program for specialist’s to use in their training. I maintain PC inventory information relating to the assignment of computer hardware and software for the department. I identifying and managing computer and network security throughout the USGS. Have a NACI Clearance.
