I oversaw all DHEC inspections and managed the best kitchen in the corporation (6 units). Our unit was the “Corporate Training Kitchen” where as any managers (General Manager, FOH Manager, Kitchen Manager, etc.) being hired for any unit in the corporation was first trained by me and my staff for 6 weeks before being sent to their respective unit. I did weekly inventories.The store was running 31% food cost and 9.5% BOH labor cost under my supervision
