Sales Manager
CurrentResponsabilities:- in this role I am responsible for increasing the number of clients (hunting activity);- the activity involves the B2B sales to companies in Romania and the EU of Randstad Romania's HR services;- sale of services such as: permanent recruitment, personnel leasing, outsourcing, trainings, salary studies;- the target companies are from the following industries: services, production, commerce, IT, Engineering, Tourism, retail, telecommunications;- cold calling activity, personalized e-mails to potential clients;- online or face-to-face discussions with target companies;- understanding and discussions on the HR needs of the companies;- personalized offer to companies and negotiation of proposed clauses;- discussions on commercial contracts and negotiation of contractual clauses (legal knowledge);- handing over the newly signed company to the Randstad Account manager; I ensure and facilitate good communication between the client and the Account manager;- constant discussions with the client after signing the contract but also with the Randstad Account manager to improve the work process and for very good results;- permanent communication with the company's management to identify new commercial solutions and analyze market trends;- internal sales trainer for colleagues from recruitment who do sales.Other activities performed:- discussions with foreign investors who want to open branches in Romania;- discussions with Randstad account managers about regional clients and finding solutions to work with them in Romania as well;- customer delight: involved in the global Randstad program that measures the satisfaction of our customers.Achievements:- responsible for the acquisition of the most important client within the company; client who generated impressive GP for 4 years;- monthly and quarterly over performer; the largest number of signed clients and the largest portfolio of brought roles;
