Key Accountabilities:- Manage the purchasing and inventory control of a category of equipment , on a pan-European basis to a set of target KPIs, including stock reach, to managing demand in line with ATP (Available To Promise) date and agreed availability OLA (Operational level Agreement)- Provides technical support to inventory planners and logistics operatives- Monitor and replenish stock as appropriate up to stock target levels, requests, and min - Create POs, Convert POs, Launch POs , Manage POs- Track & Trace POs and insist on getting order acknowledgements, - Maintain Promised dates and chase vendor on overdue POs - Lead frequent vendor calls to review PO deliveries, quality issues, delays - Create monthly rolling forecasts for key vendors - Build up and keep good vendor relationship - Continuously review and management of repairs in line with policy- Approve and maintain spare/Maintenance min-max targets - Support account payable in resolving invoice issues
