Planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling resources in order to deliver a mechanical project on time.The projects are in fact specialized machines for the automotive industry (assembling, measuring, production lines, including industrial robots or automatic work stations)My customers are companies like Honeywell Turbo Technologies, Dacia- Renault, Continental Romania (Sibiu), Valeo, Delphi UK, Delphi Romania, Delphi Mexico, Peugeot-Citroen, Michelin and others.I conceive and supervise the planning of a project, from the design stage to the start of the line at the customer’s premises, including the training of the customer’s workers in order to be accustomed with the new machines and functions. I take part actively in each step of the project; maintain an open communication with the customer to fulfill his specific needs and requests. I also control very strictly the budget and the cash-flow of the project, in monthly meetings with the Financial Director, in order to increase the profitability of each project which is my responsibility, with risk assessment analysis and action plans to be followed.The annual turnover for my projects increased each year. Main focus in the last 5 years:- 2013: Main Project: increasing the capacity of the engine assembly line for Dacia Renault with 50% by modifying the production line (new workstations added, etc)- 2014: Main Project: modification of an old turbocharger assembly line for Honeywell FRANCE, by adding 2 KUKA robots, in order to be able to assembly new generations of turbochargers- 2015: Due to the success of the modification in previous year, Honeywell ordered 4 new Turbocharger fully automatic assembly lines. The distribution of the delivery of the lines was spread over 3 years.- 2016 and 2017: delivery and commissioning of the turbocharger assembly lines for Honeywell in their locations in Slovakia and Romania.

Configuring and ordering DAF trucks directly to the factory in Eindhoven,maintaining the commercial relationship with the DAF factory, assuring thetechnical support for the sellers of the company. Managing the activity of the Quality Control Department in the company. At firstI was the leader of a 4 people team, which eventually extended to 7 people.As a Q.C. Manager I had to take care of the ISO 9001 documentation, suppliersevaluation (monthly and yearly), acquiring and maintaining measuringinstruments, also measuring and adjusting assemblies, measuring and receivingparts at the suppliers premises ( together with the project manager) etc.Also I reported the necessity of having intermediary measurements inproduction in the key moment ( those were established depending on thecomplexity of the manufactured parts, together with the ProductionResponsible).
