 Led a team of Technical Working Groups and consultants in the development and implementation of a 5 year regional strategy for strengthening national child protection systems in Eastern Africa region(2013-2017) Successfully coordinated and implemented a programme on partnership for community child protection systems using the Quality improvement methods and strengthened linkages between national and community CPS in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Swaziland (USAID Funded) Successfully planned, coordinated and followed outcomes and achievements of a regional efforts on National Child Protection Systems Strengthening for 7 countries in Eastern Africa. Created and actively coordinated thematic child protection regional platforms to implement, share best practices and foster learning among and within Technical Working Groups(TWGs) in 7 EA countries to address child protection concerns  Coordinated and engaged a Regional Reference Group(RRG) on Corporal punishment for Eastern Africa  Part of planning committee for the 2nd International conference on Child Sexual Abuse in Accra Ghana in March 2012 Set up a Multi-sectoral national child protection response system for abused and neglected children in Kenya as part of strengthening NCPS Coordinated Nairobi Child Protection Team with a membership of 32 organizations involving government, International and national organizations to strengthen the referral systems with partners. Strengthened the capacity of civil society organizations, Government Statutory Custodian Institutions on child protection and developing child protection policies. Sharing best practices with partners in the areas of advocacy, models of improvement of programmes and prevention of violence against children, child participation and protection. Streamlined education and vocational training programme for OVCs, vulnerable youth from primary tocollege levels 
