Managing and coordinate a production area. Leading the production team in their work. Monitoring the KPI's production, HSE and Quality. Planning priority of production, targets, stocks management and define the labour plann. Continous improvement of the process, waste management, 5S implementation in all shopfloor. Validation of production according with process and quality specifications. SAP skills: work in MM and PP module.

Realize Production Plan according with FC received from Sales Department, material stocks control, labor plan, upload production plan in the system SAP, planning equipment for preventive maintanance, MRP control, coordinate Logistic team in receiving of materials and in delivery of finish goods, SAP - MM and PP module ( BOMs, routes, versions).

Realize production plan according with Forecast received from customer, maintenance plan for equipment's, inventory control of materials and final goods, labor plan, production analysis based on operators/ materials / operators, G8D Reports, Kaizen, 5S, Fiss Level 1.

Coordinate production processes, compilance of production planning, quality assurance of production, prepare production lines for start up, coordination of production team/operators, production reporting in SAP, assurance of equipment maintenance, use the SAP - MM module, use and complete G8D Reports, implementation of Kanban, Visual Manangement and 5S tools.
