Including site prospect, technology evalution, fuel strategies and drafting of capacity schemes that would enable such investments- Project lead for the due diligences and biddings of: 1.2GW thermal PP, a 100 MW wind PP portfolio, a 800MW thermal PP.- Project lead for the implementation of renewable power and heat solutions for a global industrial player in food and beverage- Project lead for review of Financial and O&M models for a 5.4GW nuclear PP in commissioning stage- Calculation of power and gas tariffs, including the regulated (grid costs & taxes) and market (power production or purchase) aspects - Financial model for an international portfolio of 25 wind and 40 hydro PPs- Project lead for technical and HSE audit including remedy plan for a 120MW thermal PP- Tender agent for: 120MW thermal, 50MW PV, 140MW thermal, 60MW thermal, 15MW thermal PPs under IPP schemes- Re-negotiation of several long-term gas contracts of significant size- Risk studies for O&M and spares strategies for several PPs in excess of 100MW- Project lead for security of supply studies for Switzerland and Germany- Project lead for innovative hydro PP re-concession models to increase local participation- Design of an energy efficiency market- M&A support on a gas turbine manufacturer transaction- Project lead for a substantial litigation case related to PP underperformance- Project oversight on Owners Engineering mandate of a 120MW thermal PP- Financial due diligence & valuation of power assets totaling 5 GW (Gas-fired, Hydro, Wind, PV) and power grids- Commercial expert on feasibility studies for new build and extension of existing power plants totaling 4 GW (Gas-fired, Hydro)- Projects in German, English, French & Norwegian language- Projects in EU, Central&South America, Africa, Asia
