PA to the Divisional IT Director | Switchboard/Reception Duties | Responsible for ordering, receiving, dispatch and administration of IT hardware, software and consumables | Administer DC Systems & Retail Systems accounting & month end processes | Retail Systems administration of Rental Scheme and Stock Room| Daily & Monthly processing of supplier invoicing, purchase orders and POD’s| Daily filling | Coordinate functions, meetings, travel arrangements & events| Attend to Retail queries and building a good customer relationship.
