To ensure the validity, completeness, accuracy and valuation of all transactions in Group Treasury, to manage the clearing, control accounts.Administer and provide operational support of complex structured transactions within Group Treasury.

To work on projects to tighten, entrench and enhance measurement and monitoring of the controls around cash flow and cash management within Group Treasury and across the group.• Engage with business on issues or enhancements required • Conduct an in-depth analysis of the issues • Isolate various functions to ensure a tighter control and more robust process• Identify an appropriate solution and document accordingly• Present solutions to business • Implement relevant resources if required• Provide post-implementation system and/or process-related • Keep business informed of progress on a constant basis • Conduct change management if need be• Ensure effective integration of technology and business processes• Get involved in the testing of solutions and make relevant changes when necessary• Review and maintain internal account structure and related processes• Promote consistency in the processes used to facilitate funding and settlements• Build and maintain professional working relationships with all stakeholders, displaying excellent abilities to initiate dialogue, listen, advise, influence and negotiate to achieve win-win outcomes• Initiate meetings with key stakeholders to track progress, manage expectations and ensure stakeholders’ requirements are delivered• Preserves relationships despite airing conflicting views and seeks mutual gains when addressing conflicts• Anticipates consequences and adapts problem solving based on continual feedback• Act speedily to resolve problems, queries and complaints• Adapt communication styles to meet the needs of different audiences
