With over fifteen years serving in management positions of several childcare centers throughout Virginia, Illinois and Georgia, I have developed significant skills leading organizations with a variety of stakeholders, from government, nonprofit and corporate administrators to parents and children, while all the time making sure my team is motivated and happy, and with a crystal-clear sense of our shared goals and vision.
