Ich führte mit meinem Kollegen ein kleines Familienhotel mit 25 Zimmern in den Tiroler Alpen. Meine Aufgaben umfassten alles was zum täglichen operativen Ablauf eines Hotels dazugehört: Reservierungen, Gästekommunikation, Buchhaltung, Service, Küche, Gästebetreuung etc.

Our 62,000 square feet of meeting and function space includes a 10,000 square foot state-of-the-art ballroom and a 5,000 square foot exhibit space, as well as executive boardrooms and a 9,600 sf Palm Court Tent for special Events.I started out as a Banquet Manager and after a year of turning the Convention Center into a very successful operation, I got promoted to F&B Assistant.

L’AUBERGE DU LAC, Lake Charles, LA (USA). Responsible for 45 front of the House Employees, 4 Captains with a Meeting Area of 26.000 square feet and a 14.140 square foot ballroom. The Ballroom can be broken out into six separate meeting areas. We are also hosting several Celebrities on our Ballroom Stage, like Jay Leno, Bill Cosby, Smokey Robinson etc. I am running the whole department including Set ups, Organization, Budgeting, Labor Control-ling, Billing and Inventory.

CUSCOWILLA GOLF RESORT ON LAKE OCONEE, Eatonton, GA (USA) 2001 to PresentPrivately owned, award-winning 700-acre residential golf resort and community with an annual turnover in excess of $2.5 million.Promoted to steer daily operations of this multimillion resort encompassing a lakeside restaurant and café and a 14,000 square foot golf house. Presently responsible for Golfhouse Operations and Banquet & Catering Management. Supervise and coordinate employees activities including restaurant, Golfhouse and Banquet Operations. Prepare and manage inventory, auditing, and employee scheduling, training and recruiting. Oversee functions, weddings, and special events. Ensure customer satisfaction.
