Over the last 10 years I have had the opportunity to be part of great teams in museums and cultural education, where my view of today's world has been shaped through the lens of contemporary art. In times of increasing polarisation, cultural organisations are confronted with the responsibility to provide tools and spaces for engagement, critical reflection and, above all, encounter and recognition of our similarities and differences. To learn how to navigate, support meaningful change and embrace multivocality, I recently completed a Masters in Applied Museum and Cultural Heritage Studies. I am committed to the collaborative task of expanding and shaping diversity, equality and inclusion in the cultural sector and strengthening democratic structures. In addition to contemporary art, I am interested in democratic heritage, collaborative work and participatory approaches, as well as non-academic forms of knowledge alongside critical knowledge production and research.
