They apply what they have learnt, because “we always did it that way”. The truth is that business interests and efficiency programs result in treating people just like any other resource, a Human Resource. I am an employee/people designer in HR/Recruiting and create a world where we identify moments that matter in our peoples life and creating an experience around it. The Human is put in the center of every decision, process or product to satisfying real people (user) needs.On top of the topic of people experience I manage the teams of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management as well as Learning & Development. These teams are essential to drive people experience.
