- CRM Strategy to increase LTV & incremental revenues (globally, FlixBus & FlixTrain)- Customer communication via owned channels (Email, Push, In-App, SMS, Organic Social...)- Retargeting (Facebook, Google, Display Networks)- Organic Social- Marketing ownership of organic App traffic (including pushing installs via owned channels, tracking, ASO, A/B tests, CVR, feature development)- Audience strategy- Responsible for CRM tech team - Close collaboration with other tech teams, e.g. Android & iOS development teams- Stakeholder management (marketing internally as well as towards multiple tech teams)- People management & development

- Responsible for FlixBus & FlixTrain mobile marketing strategy, globally (Europe & USA)- Steering of mobile marketing media mix & acquisition & retention actions (e.g. Google, Facebook, Display, ASO, Push Notifications, owned media...)- Building up mobile marketing activities for US market from scratch- Budgetplanning- Reporting, Analysis, business cases- Definition of Android & iOS roadmap in close collaboration with business owner and POs- Stakeholder management & relationship building (different product management teams, CRM, creative, UI/UX, external agencies and tool providers, ...)- Project steering- Teambuilding, - management and development (technical and personal leadership of 4 FTEs)

- Building Mobile Marketing for FlixBus from scratch for all countries- Implementation of Mobile Tracking Tool- Implementation of Push Notification Tool- Strong collaboration with product management und Android & iOS development teams as well as active contribution to definition of roadmap(s)- Building, steering and optimization of all Mobile Marketing activities (paid & owned), e.g. Google, Facebook, Display, ASO, Push Notifications, Smart App Banner, Landingpages and similar)- Reporting, Analysis & budget steering- First experience in leadership (steering 1 FTE & 1 intern)

Areas of responsibility: „In-house consultancy“ for mobile marketing topics, ensuring know-how building & -sharing throughout the whole Scout24 group, steering of different projects, support of different Scout24 verticals and implementation of first tests for new mobile marketing topics, negotiation of framework contracts for Scout24 group (all listed points in regard to Mobile Marketing)o Interim Mobile Marketing Manager at AutoScout24 GmbH (06/2013 – 11/2013): - Steering of all Mobile Marketing campaigns for all countries, parts of it in collaboration with agencies (e.g. Push, Display, Facebook) - App Store Optimization o Project lead at AutoScout24 GmbH (01/2014 - 04/2014):- Concept creation of mobile CRM/ retention including evaluation of tools and implementation of first tests (e.g Push-Notifications, In-App-actions)- Assessment of potential and evaluation of mobile CRM topic
